All orders are subject to the following conditions of sale, which override any of the conditions of the customer that are at variance with those listed below. PAYMENT All transactions are shown in Pounds Sterling (£). Payment for your order can be made by : - Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa and Visa Electron. PRICES & CURRENCY Prices are determined on the date that the goods are dispatched, and we reserve the right to alter prices quoted in our price list in the light of increased costs or for any other reason beyond our reasonable control. Prices quoted in our price list are inclusive of VAT. Transactions are in Pounds Sterling. UK DELIVERY CHARGES Our product costs include VAT (17.5%), but standard rate postage and insurance are not included. Charges for carriage to mainland UK are as follows : -
For orders up to £100 (exclusive of delivery) £4.50 For orders over £100 (exclusive of delivery) free of charge Any heavy or special deliveries, insurance and international postage is charged at cost. Please telephone Tiger Lily before placing your order to confirm your requirements and current tariffs. Parcels over 20kg will be dispatched as separate items and charged for at the rates outlined above. OUTSIDE THE U.K. DELIVERY CHARGES Delivery charges for orders made outside the United Kingdom with be calculated and charged individually, according to weight and destination. Delivery and customs charges will be paid and are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us directly for delivery fee details. DELIVERY Items will be dispatched from 1 to 3 working days after the order has been placed. UK standard delivery is within 10 days, however we cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery for any reason beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to supply part quantities of an order and to deliver balances at a later date. Delivery is considered to be affected, and the responsibility of the purchaser begins, when the goods are received, either as part or whole of an order, by the purchaser. CLAIMS Claims for shortages, delay or damage will only be accepted if made within seven days of the day of delivery. Tiger Lily shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. RETURNS We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with the products you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer an exchange or, if you wish, a refund (issued in the form in which they were paid), provided the products are returned complete, unused, unwashed and in perfect condition with the original packaging. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been washed or used. Unfortunately we cannot exchange earrings for reason of hygiene, unless they are faulty. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and cover costs for the return of the product to us. Please return products in the original packaging with the invoice and advise on the back of the invoice if you would like an exchange or refund. CANCELLATIONS You can cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason, up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded within 30 days. RESERVATION OF TITLE Goods remain the property of Tiger Lily until paid for in full. Any risk passes to the customer once delivery has been made. EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY We will not accept liability for availability of merchandise or misprint. All offers are subject to technical modifications. CONFORMITY OF GOODS We ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct, however they are not intended to be binding and are intended to provide a general description of the products. We hope you understand that due to the unique and handmade nature of many of our products, there may be slight variation in colour or size. SILVER QUALITY The word "Silver", wherever it appears, refers to 92.5 Sterling Silver as supplied to us by our craftsmen & silversmiths, who stamp each piece with the ’925’ emblem.
